The printed part of the badge will be 2 1/4" by 3 1/4".  They will be hard laminated with a clip type fastener.  The back will contain a yearly validation sticker that the member will receive from the treasurer when dues are paid.  This way the badge does not need to be changed unless you lose and ear or an eye.  No free upgrades for different hairstyles, sorry.  Lost badges will cost the member $5 plus mailing. 

The decision to go this route is multifold.  We wanted a very official looking badge to indicate to the various vendors that we are not just a loose bunch of guys making little pieces of metal out of larger ones.  This will help with gaining discounts.  Setting this up is a bit time consuming but once this is done (already completed), updates, replacements and new members will be easy to accommodate. 

Pictures, this will be the part that holds up the process the most. Look at the Specialty List and see if your name has an * next to it.  That means I likely do not have a picture of you.  Also look at the Photo Roster page.  Most of the pictures I have are listed here.

Additionally we  have a wallet discount card. These will be printed business card sized and the front of the card will indicate the club and year of validation.  The back of the card will have the various companies that offer a discount.  These will be distributed annually or as needed to accommodate new vendors.
